Xuriguera de Salsellas has been renovated with a special attention to the needs and well being of our guests. A new car park is available to you upon arrival. This is located within the property grounds and offers covered parking for your motor vehicle. During your stay you will have access to our temperature-controlled swimming pool and fully equipped gym*. The farmhouse benefits from central heating, and two large sheltered terraces with direct access to the house gardens are also available to our guests.

The property comprises six double rooms on the first floor, and three bathrooms equipped with hydro massage facilities. Two additional bathrooms can be found on the ground floor, as well as a fully equipped en suite single room especially designed to meet the requirements of our disabled guests. This disable room also has the advantage of a fully reclinable bed at the touch of a button.

Every room in the house is tastefully furnished with carefully restored antique furniture. The living room is equipped with an entertainment and self-service bar area. There is a phone line, internet connection* and satellite TV in the kitchen, dining room and all guests' rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and an outdoor kitchen and barbeque area for the summer months. All kitchen and general cooking utensils are also provided, as well as a laundry sink, a washing machine, ironing equipment and a large freezer.

Xuriguera de Salsellas has its own generator installation in case of a power cut and/or failure of the electricity grid. The estate enjoys its own natural water source which meets all domestic needs, plus an extra 120,000 litres on-site storage tanks.

Bed linen, bathroom equipment and accessories (robes, soap and gels, hairdryer, etc) and other miscellaneous accessories such as tablecloths, crockery, cutlery, etc are all included in the price, as well as the in-house cleaning service.

Optional services not included in the price -such as connoisseur wines, catering and therapeutic massage services, etc- are also available and can be prebooked in advance. Errand and Personal Assistance services are also available on request.
